Orange County

While Orange County's premier attractions are the Disney Resorts, there is so much more to Orange County than theme parks. In this area, summer rules all year long. It is always a good time to visit the 42 miles of coastline. This is the perfect spot for your favorite activity ... swim, read, surf or explore tidepools and wildlife sanctuaries. If you prefer hiking and biking, Orange County's canyons and regional parks offer opportunities to get outdoors. If shopping and the arts are more your style ... you're in luck! The South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa with 280 stores is an international destination. Nearby is one of the most heralded theatre districts in the U.S.

This is region is relatively small geographically so everthing is only a few miles away. Culture, beauty and fun; all seasoned with a moderate climate ... that's Orange County! Stay at any of our RV parks and campgrounds and you'll be near all the fun! Learn more>

"Where in California" is this?

There were a number of correct entries for last month's photo contest. The winner is Jean Heaston of Redondo Beach, CA where she lives with her husband, Ron, of 35 years. Both are retired. They started camping in a tent, then a trailer and presently own a 30 ft. Class A Motorhome. Have been enjoying traveling with our two dogs, Peanut and Niki and also with our two cats, Molly and Hooter. Our favorite vacation spot is Lake Tahoe where annually we meet up with family and friends and have a great time gambling, riding bikes, hiking and kayaking. We have chosen Mission Bay in San Diego for our weekend getaway to enjoy ourselves with all our outdoor activities. See the photos Jean identified>

Here is the latest group of photos for you to identify. Have fun ... you too can win a free camping weekend! Email Camper Rick with your guesses by February 15! Contest Rules>
